Great clean accommodation
The accommodation is clean, fully equipped, newly decorated and maintained, with many extras including conservatory. Issues are addressed immediately and with courtesy. Imran is always contactable and is always professional.

Mario - Maintenance
I can not praise Mario enough for his time, patience and attention to detail on works he has completed so far where I am renting. A credit to the company. He works all hours and they are very lucky to have him. My 5* are for him.

Very professional estate agent
It was very hard finding tenants before I looked into Aptus Estate Agents, where they helped me find tenants within a week. I have been with them for the past 6 years and they are just as reliable and efficient as when i first joined them.
